Near beautiful park and friendly stores. Very near historic buildings & neighborhoods and theater. Also near downtown & theater district.

Cultural attractions are nice. Bookstores and cafes are great. There is a theater and a park that I like. The diversity is nice too.

I like communities with good infrastructure, where people live a safe and convenient life, increasing our happiness

I like that its in a city, and everything is in walking distance. I work, go shopping, have doctors all in a 10 block radius.

It's quiet. The neighborhood is made up of newer homes. There are a few restaurants nearby but this is the suburbs.

We have a nice strip mall nearby we could to for eatery. We have a library. We have parks and a small amount of things to do.
