What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University Heights San Diego

It's quiet and friendly neighbors. They have well kept homes and safe to be around. I like that we're close to the beach as well.

It like a melting pot of different people from all races and backgrounds. A few houses on our streets are very old I think over 100 years old. We also have lots of mom and pop shops and dinner that we enjoy going to.

Quiet. Close to the grocery store and school. Fairly close to shopping and entertainment. Movies, restaurants, state park ..
