I like that there are a lot of businesses nearby within a five to ten minute drive. I also really enjoy that the streets are very easy to drive and navigate.

I like the nearby park very much. There are always people doing activities there. My family and I often go there to take part in activities and play.

I love going to the park that's nearby. There's many stores close to my neighborhood which is great.

I adore the fact that i have a grocery store, liquor store, library and gas station all within the same block. I barely have to cross the street to get anywhere ehere i could buy essentials.

There is schools near. There is many family owned businesses in the area and also older families who were raised here
