What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Magnolia Center Riverside

Older, established neighborhood with nice trees. Also, we are close to shopping so can walk to plaza and restaurants.

We love how peaceful it is and the amazing views and tree lined streets. People are always out walking dogs and enjoying the country club and golf course that is here. Very friendly

Fewer offenders are safer but the traffic is bad It's easier to have police on patrol 24 hours a day

Mostly all of my friends live there. After school we would all meet up do our homework, then go biking in the dirt hills

It is extremely peaceful outside. Whether it's night or day time it's always nice and quiet. It's also kid friendly, there are always children playing outside.

I live in a safe community. I have a very close friend who lives two houses down from me. Mostly silent street other than cars passing by.
