What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About La Sierra Riverside

The mall is walking distance. Alot of Lil shops close by. Alot of stuff is actually walking distance.

Where I live is good enough. My child's school is 3-5 minutes distance. I'm still surrounded by convenient grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers. My three favorite closest restaurants are Yardhouse, seafood crawfish, and sushi. I like going taking my family and the kids to parks.

There is a mall nearby and a lot of the surrounding restaraunts are very good. There is a wide variety of family owned cusine from all types of cultures as well. Downtown is also a very packed and exciting place to be for nightlife.

Live in a residential area but it's too residential. Although we are fairly close to stores and restaurants they are to far away to walk to, Restaurant and store types are limited.

Decrease the management fee and other fees, the fees are too much for us: work at home, obtain half-salaries now.
