I love how walkable it is to the places that are important to me. Also a very short drive away from the restaurants I like

Almost anything is within walking distance. There are couple of Mexican restaraunts which I enjoy. The availability of fast food locations comes in handy.

It is a safe neighborhood. It is a nice location and accessible to museums, great restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Great location near Hollywood. Wonderful Beverly Hills is best.Really great walkways and parks. Very good restaurants.

I like being able to walk to starbucks and chipotle, and I am very close to a few city things by car.

it is an historical preservation zone. There are nearby restaurants. There is a delightful shopping area nearby and they have a farmers market.
