What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Macarthur Park Los Angeles

Very little. It is an undesirable area and many people do not leave the house on foot. I like being near a school

There is nothing unique about this neighborhood, nothing. There are two grocery store one mile from here, which is not too bad, yet the area is not that safe, and the area is not very clean.

Limitless food and shopping options with cuisines from all over the world. Very near to downtown and transportation, as well as famous local parks and theaters.

I like how conveniently located it is to downtown and to public transport and grocery stores, etc. I like that most people o encounter are either kind or just mind their business. I like that it's generally affordable in the grand scheme of how expensive LA grows every day.

I like how close it is to many shops and restaurants/bars. It is quite lively as well so it never feels dull.
