What Renters Like and Dislike About Historic Filipinotown Los Angeles

The amount of markets around. I enjoy the ability to walk to the park, to the stores and to park my car in a semi safe neighborhood.

The neighborhood is good, and the geographical location is superior. Whether I want to buy things, there is a shopping mall nearby, or if I want to eat, the nearby restaurants make me feel very convenient. When I want to have fun, I will go to the nearby cinema with my friends

I would like to live near a shopping center or a shopping mall. That would be convenient.There are words surrounding the greening of those can do a little better, so that people will be more comfortable living

I love the location to downtown and that the neighbors doesn't feel too much like a big city. I also love the quality and quantity of restaurants and cultural stuff aspects.

I like going to the park with the lake I actually work there with a friend of mine she owns an Ice Cream Tru k
