What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hancock Park Los Angeles

The older bungalow style houses have charm and character. It is less than a mile walk to a variety of unique eateries. The lots have big back yards.

I like that it's near family, it is somewhat safe but also unsafe. There are always people outside which can be a good and bad thing. I also like kinda that it is around newer buildings

I live around Larchmont. I feel like when I walk around there it feel English village which is I really enjoy it.

The restaurant nearby is a great place and I enjoy going there to eat with my family and friends. I'm glad that the kids enjoy playing here and that they're safe and secure, and I think it's a really nice place.

I like going out to eat with my family but right now we can't. With my friends, I like to go to theme parks and stuff like that.

I like that restaurants aren't that far from me, and gas stations are close by too. I also like the amount of wildlife (birds). I like that it can be calm sometimes.
