What Renters Like and Dislike About Civic Center District Costa Mesa

Beautfiul Boats... Watersports Sailing...Restaurants...shopping Fashion Island Dining Views Amusements Ocean Beaches

It's very slow to almost no traffic. The neighbors know each other and kids play outside all the time.

I love being able to walk to two grocery stores and target, I like living on a bus route in case something happens to my car and I can't afford a rental, and I like the landscaping around my apartment.

I like I can walk to a lot of places. It's also near fair grounds. I also like the proximity to where my friends live.
