What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About The Lowell Bakersfield

The neighbors are friendly and trustworthy, there are plenty of things to do like brand new shopping centers, there are nice parks for barbecuing and playing sports

closed to the big mall town. Also, to my favorite pizza place is walking decside the stree are clear

Mutual tolerance Sometimes the children next door are very naughty and will disturb your rest; Or when you need to be quiet, there is always sound upstairs

There is lots of greenery and is close to really good schools. The neighborhood is family oriented and friendly.

The location is on top of a hill. We can walk to parks, restaurant's, convenient stores if needed. A few minute drive to the river.
