It is very quiet. Everyone knows each other and are very friendly. Low traffic which is nice for walking and biking.

Near to shipping mall, near to restaurants, near to whole sale shops and groceries very good schools around

As a parent, there are several features I enjoy about the Manor. Firstly, there is only entrance / exit: the homes are organized along a main road that loops around a cul-de-sac. This reduces through-traffic by non-residents. Secondly, there is a really nice community pool that is rarely crowded. And finally, there are many school-aged kids in the neighborhood.

THE LOCAL RESTURANTS ARE EXCELLENT AND OFFER FRIEND ENVIRONMENT. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY TOWN ARE THE HOLIDAYS. THERE ARE SEVERAL FAIRS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, XMAS, FALL FESTIVALS, ETC.
