The local businesses and restaurants are stellar I love most of them and the owners. I love going to museums and parks nearby with my family on the weekends.

our neighborhood is quite. people living there are friendly. we often go to the park nearby and it's very fantastic

Older established urban living. Near the Biltmore, Arcadia and Downtown. Close to lots of restaurants , bars and shopping.

I like that it is close to the places I go everyday, like work and shopping. It is a central area so it's easy to get to a variety of places and the freeway is pretty close by.
