What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Central City Phoenix

It's unique because there are so many artists and murals in my area. I love my local tea shop and ice cream shop

It's close to basically every major store fries Walmart Target. I have a close-knit community with great neighbors were just in a really bad section of town

I live in a small community of 20 Apartments my fenced-in apartment area is fairly safe and my neighbors are good

Nice big park with a public swimming pool. My neighb o rhood has some of the friendliest people. It has alot of stores and resturaunts that contribute to the neighboorhood..

There aren't a lot of older neighborhoods that have a mix of different styles of architecture. There is a mix of locally owned restaurants and shops in the neighborhood . It's easy to walk the neighborhood without going on to the main streets where the traffic is.
