My neighborhood is fairly quiet. Stores are close. The location is central and pretty safe. The yards are mostly maintained.
They have really good bars/ restaurants nearby, walking distance. Has main attractions and events on the boardwalk, perfect bachelors spot!
Even though cops come down once a week it is actually generally quiet and it is conveniently placed. Near grocery stores, school, main attractions and a short 5 minute walk to the beach
I would like speed limits to be enforced. There is a stop sign that people consistently run. Also, no dumping signs to be added and enforced. There should be fines for dumping trash.
I would like to see new street lights put up with brighter lights. I would like to see all the stray cats having somewhere to go, but shelters are full.
There are multiple mobile homes squeezed on what seems to be a lot that is only supposed to have one. They have two families living in each and unfortunately it's these multiple mobile homes on one lot that attract people that have been involved in crime. I know so because I had a roommate that was a cop and he let me know and the cops come to their house at least once a week. Would like to see them demolish those and turn them in to actual houses. There are houses on the road and they tend to be filled with quieter families and don't cause trouble.
