What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Redmond

I like that is quiet and friendly. Also that there is a variety of safe paths to walk or jog on for exercise. A good public library is close by which is important to me.

My neighborhood is connected to a golf course and we have a clubhouse. It is close to stores and restaurants.

small elementary school where everyone knows everyone, close friendships, neighbors are friendly, and live on a hill but it is flat in neighborhood so easy to walk around and have good paths, trails to walk

What distinguishes the neighborhood in which I live is that it is a quiet and clean neighborhood and close to all important facilities in the city such as schools, restaurants, banks and health centers

We have some great restaurants that are walkable. I love going there with friends. We also have such close grocery stores and other businesses.

1. LOW NOISE. It's easy to overlook noise as a factor when choosing a home. 2. GOOD SCHOOLS. Even if you don't have kids, it's good to look into the quality of your future home's school district. 3. RETAIL NECESSITIES. COMFORT.
