What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Chesapeake

I love that they keep the grounds and breezeways clean. It's in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. It has areas to grill and sit if you are an outdoors person.

My neighborhood is unique cause multiple generations live there. It also is a waterfront community. At times it floods but we learn to manage and live on.

I love that my neighborhood has sidewalks for walking and biking. There homes are beautiful and well maintained. My neighbors are friendly. It's very kid and pet friendly and there are several local stores and restaurants that are less than 2 miles away.

Every house is different and unique. Good local restaurants and grocery stores. Love going to the park which has facilities for all ages and even pets.

I like that I can walk to most places and that there are accessible sidewalks also that they are constantly working to improve the area

There are lots of stores nearby and we're close to a major city. There's a lot of cultural events and we're close to the beach.
