What Renters Like and Dislike About Draper

I like the local restaurants best, where the price is convenient and the taste is good, I feel good. At the same time, the entertainment facilities in the community are also very complete. My family and I often go to

My neighborhood doesn't get a lot of traffic, which is nice. A grocery store, restaurants and other businesses were built about a half mile away. If I go out with family or friends, we usually go into the city or neighboring cities to shop and eat.

Unique home styles, walkable and friendly. Mixture of new young families and older families. When my children were small we spent a lot of time at the neighborhood park. I love the grocery store that is local and has local products.

There are lots of unique houses, they're not all cookie cutter. There are lots of local businesses, my favorites being Janbo and Food For Thought.

I love that i know everyone in this neighborhood. They are all good friends and will come out to help you anytime you need.

The views of the mountains and the city below are amazing! We have the best views! It's a well kept, clean neighborhood. Beautiful homes with open floor plans. Lots of outdoor recreational sites surround us. So many hiking and biking trails! There is a cafe just up the street from us, it's right at the top of the mountain. It has a cool modern, rustic vibe, good food, and they even offer gluten free! There's also a community pool, basketball courts, a fire/police station right here at the entrance to our community. It's a super cool place.
