What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wake Village

It has lots of trees. The people are friendly. It's by a McDonalds, Taco Bell and pizza parlor.. I like going in my backyard with family and friends bc it's beautiful and HUGE.Flowers, bushes, trees growing everywhere

Our neighborhood is rural and spread out so we love to have friends over and entertain outside. Our favorite restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive into town and are normally a halfway meeting point between us and our family or friends.

I know all of my neighbors on a first name basis and like all of them. I love our neighborhood grocery store. I can walk our dogs and feel very safe

There is a ballpark right behind my house. When it's ball season you can hear the people cheering and it's nice. I also like that my house is in town and you can be anywhere in about 10 minutes.

I live 1.4 miles from my daughter that makes it easy for us to get back and forth to see each other although in Texarkana they don't really have much as far as family-friendly

The quiet country life. The friendship among the neighbors. The calmness of the area. Nature. The community.
