What Renters Like and Dislike About Kingwood

The people are the best about it. You can go out of town and not worry about your house. People are friendly. Great place to raise a family other than not near schools- kids are bused. Feel very safe here.

My neighborhood is family oriented and it is safe at all times of the day and night. Cars and homes are safe and we haven't had a high crime rate.

I like the public park and I love being home .A nice restaurant with my family is always a great place to be.

The fact that everybody knows each other and the residents have lived there 10 years or longer and everyone acknowledges is each other and everyone is very nice

It's on a dead end road, it's paid for, it belongs to me. I can't find anywhere else close to town cause I don't have a running vehicle that I can afford.

There's nothing around me but woods there's nobody no around me it's quite and I love it where I am will never move away
