What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Converse

It is near a community College, has great access to major highways, but still close to the town departments. I like going to local chain restaurants nearby and that I have access to major brand name stores like IKEA, Kohls, and H-E-B. Many businesses have been around for decades and have good reputations. We're not far from a major city with lots of historical interests and good museums.

it has improved since the last owner but not friendly. i have neighbors that are on both sides of my home that are somewhat friendly

Lots of military families. People of color and minorities (like me) in general. That makes me feel less singled out as I was in a whole white American community

Not much..kinda boring..stay @ home most of the time..s.o. works when not working he just watches TV allll the time & does nothing else

Neighbors ate kind and friendly. It is well maintained. It offers great amenities. I enjoy going to the swimming pool and workout center. My kid enjoy the park

It's gated and close to a bunch of stores. It's also close to a mall. And also close to a log of restaurants
