What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lansdowne

I love the location. I am near the stadium district and so can walk to see sports games. I am within 5 miles of downtown and so have easy access to hospitals, banks, stores, and restaurants. I am only 8 miles from my job. The neighborhood is safe. I take walks at night and feel safe.

I like that my neighbors are friendly but also mind their business. I also like that I can walk to several places and that there is usually free parking for the place where I have to drive.

There is a small farmers market on saturdays for six months of the year. We love the neighborhood pizzaria "Paul Revere's" in Lansdowne. In nearby Upper Darby the pizza/italian restaurant Pica's is definitely worth checking out for authentic italian food and desserts.. Lansdowne is easy to walk around and get everything done that you need too, with it's many shops.

Our neighbors are wonderful for the most part. We can get to "main" street pretty easily with things to walk around with. The town does great parades and activities for the holidays

I like that the stores are within walking distance. I have a market right in the corner of my block and a dollar store within walking distance
