Lots of students which is a diverse population. Farms nearby but don't produce as much as Irene produce
Very international area. Everyone gets along with purpose. It has a good mix of young and old and each look out for each other
The things I like most about my neighborhood is that schools, parks, grocery store are all walking distance
the people and space are unique. The stores and restaurants are unique .I like going to the arcade .
I love my house. I like the fact that is convenient to work, shopping, highways etc. I like that I have my own parking spot
I like the parks and the friendly atmosphere. Everyone in the neighborhood knows everyone in the neighborhood.
