What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Happy Valley

Close to restaurants, gas stations. Easy access to freeway, but not too close. Many churches close by.

I like that my neighborhood is safe and quiet and near the park. It has nice scenery and good for walking pets.

Trendy, high end with fun bars and eateries nearby. New to this area and I love it. Safe and fun. A great place to live.

I have an unbeatable view of the mountain. My kids schools are so fantastic and nearby. All of he amenities I need are nearby.

The baseball program at the local high school is really good. Lots of scholarships coming out of that program. There's a Market of choice close. Epic deli in there. Lake Oswego is close as well as Lake Oswego grill. I'm also only one exit up from a major business artery.

Green spaces with walking trails. Large lots that create privacy and a sense of openness. A million dollar view.
