What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Kent

There is a main strip with a lot of food and shopping options. Quick and friendly service wherever you go

We are a college town. We are by Kent State University. There are many restaurants, stores, shops to go to nearby within walking distance or on the bus line. We like going to several parks in the spring and summer

Most of the people in my neighborhood are professionals my age. Like me, most have children as well.

There is nothing I like about this neighborhood. I am only here because I cannot afford to live somewhere else.

It has a lot of cute houses and is close to the college campus. I like to go to coffee shops and bars nearby and walk around downtown. We love to go to Scribbles Cafe and Troy Grille that has Turkish food.

It is safe. There are not many criminals. You can meet your needs in the city center. I usually go to the movie theater, restarurants and lake side with my family.
