What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Dublin

I like that it's quiet but we all talk. We have nice common areas and a restaurant/ bar near by. It's also walkable to the village with shops and restaurants.

I like how many trees there are in my neighborhood. I like going to the park with my child. I also like that there are lots of hospitals nearby.

It's walkable to social scenes, there are many bars and restaurants I can walk to. There are also sidewalks connecting multiple neighborhoods, so it's nice and easy to go for a walk outside.

It's very quite area with good size yards. A lot of walking trails to utilize and a lot of friendly people to interact with.

Very kind and friendly neighbors. close to schools and parks. Great school district. Kids can walk to school. Kids can ride their bike to school. Neighbors know each other. Neighbors help each other.

It's generally quiet, no loud vehicles especially close by, despite being right next to a highway, the suburb itself is quite upperclass-clean.
