What Renters Like and Dislike About Beavercreek

Our neighborhood is not unique; it is very cookie cutter. My favorite local store is Aldi. I like to go into Beavercreek with family.

Quiet neighborhood that is kid and family friendly. Park is within walking distance. Even though school is close busing is provided

I like that I know my neighbors. We chat with them during our nightly walks. During the summer we swap our veggies and fruits that we have grown in our garden.

Public schools are excellent and private schools are available. There are no businesses close by and I see that as a positive aspect!

Nice and clean, no litter on the streets, friendly neighbors and plenty of walking/cycling spaces. Only 2 miles to the nearest Kroger Marketplace and gas station, restaurants, and other places of business.

I love all the parks for families and kids. My favorite local restaurant is Jeet india. I love to go to restaurants and to the downtown.
