What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hope Mills

I like that it is quiet in the area and there are multiple grocery stores within a mile. I also like that most other places are within a 20 minute drive.

My neighborhood is very close to stores and gas stations. High Schools are walking distance, and there are parks nearby

Stores are convient and people are usually friendly. Doesn't take but about 5 minutes to walk to store or to walk to creek to go swim or fish. Also, we can have bonfires in our yards as long as we have water hoses

What I like most about my neighborhood is that it is usually quiet unless some idiot is riding through the neighborhood playing their music too loudly in their car. Neighbors usually help each other out if need be. Schools, shopping and many other amenities are close by.

There are local restaurants and pubs/bars that surround our neighborhood and our direct neighbors are extremely friendly!! We have made family with the neighbors we have and it had made us feel so much safer here, because even when we aren't home, we know they will keep an eye out on our house. There are also local entertainment clubs, like comedy clubs and billiard halls that we visit frequently and always take our friends to when they visit!

Amusement parks. Out to dinner. Mini golf. The movies. Picnics. Anywhere we can spend time with the family together and safe.
