Nearness of churches. Nearness of restaurants. Closeness to Senior Citizen activities. Being able to walk to places.

It is not really unique, it's just an average suburban neighborhood. There is a restaurant called JP Fitzgerald's that is nice to go to.

Quiet residential area with stores within walking distance. The area is patrolled by law enforcement.

I know my neighbors. Close to many services. Great outdoor space. People are always talking outdoors and getting together and kids ride bikes and play.

it is close to the route I take to work. there are plenty of kids for my daughter to play with. it is close to parks and schools.
