We have local restaurants for gatherings. We also have a local wine shop for karaoke. Specs is nearby for social events on our driveways.

We live near shopping centers that have food and shopping. We have a diverse group of people around us. We like that we live next to a major Highway. We also like that we are outside the city so we don't have that much traffic around us.

My neighborhood is very family friendly with multiple playgrounds available. There is a great neighborhood pool and community center. There are also beautiful walking paths throughout the neighborhood with duck ponds.

It peacefully and a good place to have friends and family come over and to have gatherings and parties.

Low crime rate is very much important. For homeowners and renters with children, great schools top their list of what makes a great neighborhood.

The most important thing to me is I live in a relatively quiet neighborhood and there is a very good police presence in this area in terms of response time
