What Renters Like and Dislike About Whitney

We have some very good Oriental food lot of small different kinds of restaurants not big chains we usually will Chinese or Mediterranean food there also a vegan cafe all in walking distance there's a casino we go to or we drive to the strip and walk to different casinos

It's in a gated community. There is a really nice restaurant inside the community. And I enjoy new family outings

I like that we have ducks and other wildlife on the golf course. I like that my neighborhood is technically located in the Las Vegas Metro area so there is plenty to do if I'm willing to hike to the bus stop and spend an hour on the bus to get to the Strip or Fremont street.

I like the fact that it is a 55+ community. Everyone keeps their property well maintained. It is very quiet. It's also nice to walk around and see the different yard decor. We have some creative community members

There is a close market target near by that is always stocked and I certainly enjoy that. There's a few fast food places and some good restaurants as well. I like how quiet it is here and the residents seem to be friendly. Also location is close to the freeway

It's not really unique it's all apartment complexes some nicer than others. Uyou can walk to a casino or there are restaurants in walking distance they seem different there individual not one on every corner restaurant
