What Renters Like and Dislike About Fremont

I love that we have a small lake in our neighborhood so we can boat, fish, kayak and paddleboard. I love that everyone knows each other and kids are out playing all the time.

Umm not a whole lot my wife is a social butterfly and is definitely dedicated to keeping everyone with great looking lawns

I don't particularly like the neighborhood. The only positive thing is that the grocery store is about a block in a half away. I have the local high school across the street which is well maintained.

large lots, nice neighbors, quiet and a very safe neighborhood. Leaning towards older people living in the area but that's because everyone that moves here, lives here basically their entire life which is fine because I'm older anyway. neighbors look out for each other and is a very safe neighborhood. Close to everything you would ever need but not in the center of the hustle and bustle of everyday living.

Unique thing about my neighborhood is our safety and what I like to do with friends is go to the movies or go to the bars and have a drink n play darts

It is a new development on a private lake. It is a mix of type of homes. Single family, condos, duplexes.
