What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University City

I love that's it's a really quiet neighborhood and that there are a lot of trees and green grass it is a beautiful environment for children

We have great small town restaurants and cafes. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and speaks to one another.

WHATS UNIQUE IS EVERYONE IS ANTIQUE AND HAVE BEEN LIVING THERE SINCE 1920'S MY GRANNY WAS THE OLDEST SHE WAS 99YRS OLD SHE PAST LAST YEAR. WE HAVE 3 SHOPS IN THE HOOD THAT SELL CHIPS AND SODAS CIGERETTES ETC I LIKE TO GO OUT TO RESTURANTS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

The things I like most are how low my rent is, and because everyone stays to their selves. I live in a 2 bed, 1 bath, single family home, with a good sized backyard and only pay $300 a month. This could be seen as a good or bad thing, but because everyone is so mean and rude, I don't have to ever worry about "nosey neighbors" or anymore people only pretending to be my friend to accomplish their alternative motive.

The nature is one of a kind. The police presence it very good for the area and vehicle traffic is at a minimum.

It is centrally located and has lot of restaurants and bars. It is close to everything and you can drive anywhere
