It is close to a nice park with a community facility. We have many corner stores where I'm familiar with the staff.

My neighborhood is quiet and we all mind our own business and wave when we pass by. If there is an emergency than we can count on a neighbor to help out

I like my neighborhood because the water is known to be the most clean compared to other areas. I also like how it's close to the places that I like to shop at. I also like that it's quiet most of the time since we are not on the main road

Walk to the store with my mom and buy groceries. In my neighborhood walk is the most important thing

New businesses are popping up every day with a focus on black and women owned. We are getting a new waterfront park and amphitheater. Close to good restaurants and entertainment. Close to the highways. No HOAs.
