What Renters Like and Dislike About Florence

Its is in the middle of town. There are food and local shops all within walking distance. My family likes to go to the snow cone store down the street in the summer.

Our neighborhood is mature with mostly 2 story homes. One street into & the same street to get out making it very safe. Good neighbors & decent HOA.

It is quiet. A new Chinese restaurant. Just walk around the neighborhood Sport complex nearby. Grocery store nearby.

I think it's relatively quiet. Cincinnati is relatively close within a short drive. There's lots of restaurants all over

there is a park down the street, a school a block away, houses are not on top of each other, yards are large and maintained, mature trees.

I love the fact that I have wonderful neighbors. I love that my kids are free to go around safely.
