What Renters Like and Dislike About Manhattan

Everyone knows everyone. Most families have lived here for a long time. It has a lot of green space.

I like the pool and gym. The apartments are super nice and easy to find. Also the main city is only about 9 minutes away and so everything is relatively close and makes it super easy to get around town.

I like my neighborhood because I have very nice neighbors that help each other out if needed. I also like that I live close to running tracks and a park that I can walk to. I also love very close to stores that I can drive to.

This is a brand new apartment complex (2018) so I like that things are new and well maintained. As mentioned above, you do have to drive to get anywhere so it's only semi-close to coffee or restaurants. They do have a number of sidewalks which is nice, and they have a number of amenities. It's right next to a middle school and I see kids walking to school most mornings, and I know as a town, they provide a lot of services for kids (after school programs, sports, food, etc)

Yes I love my neighborhood because it's safe and family friendly, lots of older people live here that are very nice

My neighborhood has a lot of unique older homes, so that gives it a lot of character. I am close to Aggiville which has a lot of cute shops, as well as the downtown area, so that's always a fun activity to do with friends since it's so close.
