What Renters Like and Dislike About Sebastian

There is a playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, full size swimming pool, and various walking trails. The location is near several restaurants and shops plus it is within local driving distance to several stores. In addition, there are schools which are relatively close by.

The only thing good about this neighborhood is that it's close to North Star Mall. There's a lot of ATVs and Dollar trees around my neighborhood.

Like to live in a place where entertainment is convenient Because it's convenient for me to go out, which I like very much, and I like to live in a place with a lot of shops, because it's convenient for me to shop, and I like to live in a place with a lot of restaurants, because it's convenient for me to eat nearby when I don't like to cook

Local coffee houses and breweries, theaters, arcades, parks, shopping centers, live music, new restaurants

It's nice and quiet. There is the occasional airplane that flies over. All in all it's not a bad place to raise children.

The neighborhood is small. You can walk to church. Children can walk to schools. There are several restaurants and lots of shops that are mom and pop stores.
