What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Palm Bay

My neighborhood has a park and it is walkable to a large grocery store and restaurantS. There is a Mexican restaurant that is modern and you can sit outside.

People keep to thier themselves. Bars are good and stores are ok .ot alot to do here raise a family take care of animals

It has many ppl with different nationalities . I believe there is a very large language barrior but friendly ppl. Regardless

There is nothing unique about my neighborhood, it is a low income neighborhood with HUD homes and ethnic people. Small store on corner open til 5pm for safety reasons.

Close to business area but have to use car.resturants and Walmart are close. Banks and doctors are close

There are some very nice parks nearby and a slew of shopping and restaurants near me. If one so desired there is a shopping plaza within a mile of my residence that is very nice. The other homes in my area are owned as single family residences which is also a plus. Children walk to school everyday and for the older children there are several bus stops for school transportation.
