What Renters Like and Dislike About Pace

We live in a friendly neighborhood. Most people came from other states and everybody have stories to tell. The park is great for adults and kids. You can exercise, run, walk. There is an area for kids. You can see helicopters flying some times. There are nice restaurants in the area, traditional food, Mexican food, Vietnamese, Cajun food. Nice beaches within 22 miles. You can also visit the Railroad Museum

Everyone is friendly and helpful. We look out for each other and we get together regularly. With the exception of two neighbors, we all enjoy living on a private road that is quiet and beautiful.

I like the many restaurants in this neighborhood and I like to take a walk around the neighborhood with my family after every meal.

It's a quiet neighborhood. When the kids where little a let them play outside in the yard with the dog as guard.
