What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Melbourne

This is a quiet neighborhood. This neighborhood has young and retired families. Well kept homes with caring

elementary school in neighborhood, my favorite buisnesses are dollar tree and publix but we are also 1 hour or less drive to beaches, cruise ships, space center, and Orlando area theme parks and other attractions. I like going thrift store shopping or to beach parksonly

We have a big park near. The movie in the park is nice in the summer. And the ocean and beach is close. So that is nice too

All of your neighbors are very kind. They have a great meat market right down the street. They have a pancake place down the street. And a smoothie place down the street. And a barbershop.

I like having nearby places to go to so that if I need to buy something, I could just walk to it and get what I need. I like going to Subway as my favorite restaurant (though there are other restaurants that I like just as much). I also like going over to my brother's house in an event that I want to hang out with him.

our neighborhood is a system of neighborhoods that connect. we have a 7/11 down the street and also a dollar general. very convenient. it's also very close to the hot downtown spots in the area.
