What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Margate

well my neighborhood is surrounded by retired/ on duty police officers which makes thisneighborhood safer

Good restaurants. Close to shopping. Great outdoor spaces. Many good places to eat. Restaurants very accessible.

I like to go to the movies. I like to go shopping in store. I like to explore what's new in the neighborhood.

there is nothing unique. except i lived here for 4 years and we had 5 property managers. i am looking to find my own place soon.

It's a quiet neighborhood, most of the time. It's close to friends & church. Shopping, mall, post office etc relatively close. There's nothing really unique about neighborhood, but comfortable, clean & friendly. Here bout 12-15 yrs. Last neighborhood about 10 minutes away. Because of close proximity had previously established certain business relationships that continue.

This is a neighborhood full of professionals. It's also family friendly. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Grocery, drugstores and restaurants are right down the street in both directions.
