Very quiet, well mannered children, Sea World parking lot is right inour back yard, and a really delightful day can be had.

Great walking paths. Elementary and middle schools right in front of the development. Grocery stores and restaurants short drive away.

it's close to pretty much everything. the trails and parks are great for running. The city is excellent.

I love that it is close by to grocery stores and restaurants so we never have to go far. And the mall is 3 miles away so shops are really close

It's in an A rated school district in Palm Beach County.Easy access to grocery stores and shopping, restaurants.

We are part of an hoa and it makes our community safer. We pay for extra security to patrol our streets
