What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Gainesville

Our neighborhood in unique in that it is only two streets. It is relatively close to most anything you need.

My neighbors and that we live on a cul de sac. The elementary school is good but unless you're in a special program the middle and high school are average at best. We have some nice parks as well.

What is unique about my neighborhood is the quality of people that live here . Another factor that makes this neighborhood unique is the existence of parks nearby

My neighborhood is located close enough to stores, such as grocery stores, but not too close to main roads. It is easy to get most anywhere you need, but not in a high traffic area. Noise isn't a problem most of the time.

It is try rural and agricultural so I have animals roaming freely. It is a friendly community with environmentally concerned citizens. Neighbors watch your house for unusual activity. Love the scenery.

I love my home, my neighbors, my community. I love the ability of being convenient to the places that I visit.
