What Renters Like and Dislike About Deltona

My neighborhood has a 15 mile bike path that connects several natural springs in the area. It's a great place to walk or ride bikes with my kids. There are several restaurants nearby. And there are multiple playgrounds to choose from within a 10 min radius.

It is near everything that you need, like schools, stores, malls, restaurants and shopping areas, yet it is still a quiet area with no problems and decent, caring individuals that look out for each other, and for the older ones.

We have a park nearby and some of my most enjoyable memories were made in that park with friends. We also have a gym nearby so I've been able to focus on my health better and have gotten in better shape cause of it

It is safe. It has some access to stores. Can take nice walks More restaurants. More stores. More coffee shops. More singles. More of a substantial cultural area. Perhaps it would be good to get more parks for walking and recreation. Would be nice to get a library nearby for the children to assist in their education and other cultural enlightenment

It is called Mansion row mansions all around school walkable we frequent the pizzeria there is a free library and an actual regular library nearby the park is only a block away nice to walk through too

Quiet neighborhood in this community for the past 22 years.Close to stores and restaurants. No traffic.
