What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clearwater

We have great neighbors who look out for each other and that enjoy talking to each other. We're able to ask neighbors to take care of our pets and take in our mail when we're away for a few days. There are stores nearby and good restaurants and quick serve places

I like that it is quiet and people are respectful of their neighbors. It is a short drive to grocery stores and shopping or restaurants from here.

A major park is a short walk. Very little traffic on our street. Wea re a short drive to the beach. Our neighbors are trustworthy.

It's close to the beach. It's close to the airport. It's close to Tampa and St Pete. I like eating at Clear Sky

I like that my sons school and the fire department are right down the street. I also like how central I am to the highway and beaches.

We are close to downtown but the streets are quiet. There is a park with a lake a short walk away. And restaurants all over
