What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Newark

There is a grocery store within walking distance. We have plenty of food places nearby and the dollar store is down the street.

Very quiet and more seniors in this neighborhood. Look at for one another. There no loud noises at and no college student partying and disrupting the neighborhood. Not trashy at all.

It is very safe and neighbors are friendly but are not busy bodies. We are only 10 minutes to town and there is a big beautiful park very close by.

They have a nice neighborhood shopping center and are close to other cities. Newark is a busy college town with a lot to do and Wilmington has some fun things, also. You have to go into Wilmington at the right times, however.

i like that everyone pretty much leaves me alone. my favorite local business is the atm machine. i like going to the atm machine

Growing up there were many kids nearby to play outside with, and it was safe to do so. There are not many places to go out as a young adult (night life), but there are plenty of restaurants.
