What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Southington

There are a ton of locally owned restaurants and bars that we frequent. Always a lot of activities things like festivals and fairs

It is not that my neighborhood is so unique. Basically the State of Connecticut is a great place to raise a family. The schools are fantastic. There are plenty of places to shop

It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. There is not too much traffic. It could use a closer store but I wouldn't want it to cause more traffic

That it's located near a school, and it's in walking distance to some stores. I wish we had a bus area.

Culdesac, everyone is friendly. There are tons of children playing outside. Their family get together.

My neighbors are friendly and we all look out for each other. Theres also some nice restaurants close by.
