What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Thousand Oaks

Proximity to a large park, access to the freeway within a few blocks and just a short drive to work. It takes me 10 minutes for-to-door.

Great schools near by. Very dog friendly. Good for bike riding on and off trails. Lots of places to eat and go out to.

It's quite. Nice parks nearby. The kids play outside and everyone is either walking, riding bikes or running. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within the city.

I love being able to walk or ride my bike to pick up groceries or eat at restaurants. I enjoy my neighbors and like that everyone is respectful of each other. I enjoy the walkability of my neighborhood.

There are many parks and hiking trails around. There are two different malls, a large theatre, several movie theatres, and good bike paths and sidewalks for getting around with out a car.
