What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lancaster

I like that my neighborhood is mostly quiet, lots of older people live on my street. There's a desert nearby and sometimes it's nice to walk on the little trail.

I like that it's surrounded by the beautiful Mojave Desert. Lots of scenic parts and great off-road opportunities.

Close proximity to elementary, middle and high school. A wonderful community college is within walking distance. The Prime Desert Woodland Preserve is also within walking distance

The location of the community is close to the park, which allows me to take my family and children to the park for a walk, exercise and enjoy the nature

We live in a culdesac so it eliminates some traffic for kids. Favorite businesses are The Modern Tea Room, Black Angus, etc. I like to go to Los Angeles area with my my family.

I like the sunsets and the sunrises . I like the neighbors. I like that we are off the Main Street and we are protected from a lot of noises.
