What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Maricopa

People keep to themselves. A few local restaurants but not many. Pretty sunsets, no street lights, so you can see the stars.

There are Lots of families. There are lots of pretty landscapes. I like our backyard and so many people do fire pits and neighborhood activities

There is nothing unique about my neighborhood. Favorite local buisness is the roost, and also like going to the roost with family

We have a community group copper Sky that does family events and has a community pool we have very nice parks and walking areas

One thing that is unique is there is no dispensary near. My favorite local restaurant here in Maricopa is Chipotle and I like going to the park with my daughter. It's in a walkable distance.

My neighborhood is a pretty close neighborhood. I know many people who live next to me from either school or other activities I do outside of my house. If I wanted to hang out with my friends, we could walk to various stores and restaurants that are only about 2 miles away.
